Type of grape White Malvasia of the Lazio 60%,Grechetto of the Lazio 25%, Bonvino, Bellone 15%.
Formality of production: 12,5% vol.
Caused bottles: 30.000
Formality of production: Soft pressihg and lying of the must on the peels for 6-8 hours, then pressing and fermentation to checked temperatureof the must flower. The name of the wine is a fancy name just to make clear the enormous potentiality of the autochthonous vine-growing.
